Part Four - Manhattan Pizza Field Trip, Kindergarten Buddies, and The Ag Bus
Visiting Manhattan Pizza, our local pizza restaurant, was a wonderful tie into our Economics unit! The kids got to see production, specialization, interdependence, advertising, etc AND make and eat their own pizzas! The smiles tell the rest...
I believe this picture was taken right before Valentine's Day...it was with our Kindergarten Buddies!!
In late Spring we got to visit the Ag Lab two times and perform hands-on science experiments that had to do with agriculture...this is a real highlight each year for the kids!
This door was decorated by Ms. Simmons for our Blueberry Festival...isn't it awesome!!
